    The basic premise of French Women Don’t Get Fat is that you should eat only good food of very high quality, eat it in small portions, and savor every bite. That’s all you need to know, or only the main. ;)

    The idea behind the low fat diets is that fat has more calories per ounce than carbohydrates. In other words, a shoebox full of fat has almost twice as many calories as a shoebox full of carbohydrates.

    This is a great weight loss idea. My problem is having the discipline to eat less. Especially when eating out. It’s hard to not eat those delicious portions that are usually too large.
