The idea behind the low fat diets is that fat has more calories per ounce than carbohydrates. In other words, a shoebox full of fat has almost twice as many calories as a shoebox full of carbohydrates.

This is a great weight loss idea. My problem is having the discipline to eat less. Especially when eating out. It’s hard to not eat those delicious portions that are usually too large.
