Exercise is definitely a huge part of successful weight loss and it’s also a big reason why so many people fail to lose weight. Interesting article and I agree that there is no simple solution for weight problems. I think I have tried every weight loss product or system there is and have always had trouble sticking to them. I guess most of them work if you can stay with it but I’ve eaten the same types of foods for so long (I’m 61) it’s hard to permanently change.

I really enjoy taking the classes and seeing the same people to say hello. I also would say that I like to get in and get out of the gym so I can move on with my day. It is a very important part of my mental health, both working out as well as talking to the people.
